Cable-Com

Headsets and desktop station are connected by cable. There are used junction boxes for connecting several headsets into the intercom system.

Power supply either comes directly from main net or headsets are powered by battery.

Genephone

The Genephone equipment is self-powered, in other words, it uses wire sound links without any power source whatsoever (whether battery or external power power source). Each item of Genephone range is therefore completely self-sufficient.

This technical feat is achieved through highly efficient self-powered cells which are optimized throughout the range of speech frequencies and convert speech energy into electrical energy. The possible linking distance can reach several kilometres.

It could be operated in Star networks or parallel intercom networks. Calling another station takes place by using the call generator integrated to the handsets.

Connection si build up with convential copper telephone cable. Cross-section depends from wished distance. For special application half flat cable could be used. A pin plier allows connection of Genephone equipment to be carried out at any point at the cable. The cable is self-sealing that means that it won´t be damaged.

There is a choice between several handsets and headsets:

There are several Handsets to be used. Tough and reliable, Genephone-handsets require no maintenance. Some versions are fitted with a generator which enables a call tone to be transmitted. Furthermore handests could be delivered with several approvals (for example expolsion-proved)
Genephone-Headsets and harnesses enables hands-free-communication. The harness headset version is compatible with the requirements of wearing a protective helmet, thus enabling the headsets used in construction and industry. Equipment are particularly recommended for use in noisy environments.
